Linda Pinizzotto was born and raised in Toronto

Linda's parents immigrated from Germany in the 50's.  After Linda was born her parents divorced leaving her Mother to raise 2 small children, Linda and her brother with minimal support from her father.  Times were different and sadly her Mom had to depend on the social system.   Linda learned very quickly the importance of working hard to succeed in life.  She talks about living in a housing complex in the Jane Finch corridor with ease " I guess my streets smarts made me strong but my mothers love and the wonderful heart we share is my saviour", my family, friends and clients know they can always trust me."  Growing up, Linda's outlet was playing sports.  Basketball, introduced her to coaching a YMCA Juvenile boys team at 18 years old.

15 years old and Linda's first paid job was working at Martinizing Cleaners $1.00 p/hr and at Consumer Distributing answering complaint letters.  All was going well, Linda was a cheerleader and captain of basketball and volleyball team as well as player and various sports at George Harvey Secondary school.  Life changed when she accompanied a friend to  the Eleanor Fulchers Modelling Studio in Downtown Toronto and they signed her to a modelling contract.  She saved her money and at almost 19 years old Linda purchased her first property and took on a 2nd job at Kodak Canada.  Married and wanting a detached home forced the move to Mississauga.    Linda realized that corporate employment didn't give her the flexible hours to raise a family.  She was forever juggling life when she turned 30 she had 3 sons and a full time real estate career.  The entrepreneur side hit in 1985 with her first rental property.  Her sons began playing hockey at 3 years old with the Lorne Park and Port Credit Hockey programs.  Linda was finalizing deals at the hockey arenas.  The boys excelled moving onto the MHL Rep Level and the GTHL Greater Toronto Hockey league.  Linda's network grew and her real estate income covered hockey expenses.  The market crashed in 1990 but Linda's career excelled.  She created a Power of Sale program to represent Major Financial institutions and sold 158 properties for 9 various institutions which offered a 6 month for sale and maintenance program; winterize/dewinterize properties, summer lawn mowing and shovel the driveways in the winter.  Her results for sales and closings were done in 1-2 months!

Volunteerism is Linda's joy to support sports working with children ie coaching, convenor and as a Sports Council Director and Hockey General Manager.  Her passion to learn and mentor excelled through organized real estate as VP of the Local Real Estate Boards and Government Relations Chair over 8  years.  In 2010 Linda woke up at 3:00 am and said to her husband.  "I am creating a non profit Condo Owners Association to challenge the Provincial Condo Act !  She said "I need to help 1.3 M people because our Politicians have forgotten about the Condo Act, it is 12 years old and no longer protects Condo Owners or their Corporations.   On March 10, 2010 - the COA hit the news and the Ministry of Goverment and Community Servics like a STORM.

Juggling Family, Real Estate, Hockey and Dreams

Linda Pinizzotto juggled her career, sons hockey and baseball schedule plus her passion for volunteerism.   At 16 years old Jason, her oldest son was drafted by the Barrie Colts in the OHL and soon Marc and Steve became Captains of the Oakville Blades Provincial Junior A Hockey.  Jason and Marc moved on to sign professional contracts to play in Germany.  Steve accepted a full NCAA scholarship leading to an NHL contract with the Washington Capitals, Vancouver Canucks and Edmonton Oilers.   Through the years, Linda stepped into hockey and baseball volunteerism as General Manager Junior B Hockey, OBA Juvenile Convenor|Director of the Lorne Park Baseball Association and manager of countless teams. Her Sports involvement opened doors to representing various professional athletes on their real estate transactions.
