She founded the COA Condo Owners Association in 2010, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for provincial legislation changes in the Condo Act to better protect the rights of 1.4 million condo owners. Linda's parents immigrated to Canada together however Linda's mother raised her and her brother. She quickly learned the importance of working hard to succeed in life. She talks freely about her youth and the difficult times. Her passion for sports, excelled as she became the Captain of the basketball and volleyball team, cheerleader and on the track and field team. At 15 years old Eleanor Fulcher signed Linda to her Eleonar Fulcher Modeling Agency. A perfect tomboy, Linda saved her money. At 19 years old she purchased her first Condo, got married and shortly later became a Realtor with motherhood on the horizon. Time flew by. Her 3 sons were playing hockey and baseball, she purchased some rental properties. The OHL Barrie Colts drafted her oldest son Jason who later enjoyed a professional career in Germany. Marc and Steve became Captains of the Oakville Blades Provincial Junior A Hockey, Marc signed a pro contract in Jason in Germany as well and Steve accepted a full NCAA scholarship leading to an NHL contract with the Washington Capitals, Vancouver Canucks and Edmonton Oilers. The Sports circuit is a "small world" Linda represented various professional athletes on their real estate transactions and through their various special events and initiatives.

Volunteerism
Linda is a strong supporter of organized Real Estate and Grass Roots Sports for Children over 2 decades of volunteerism. Linda was Vice President, Board Member and and Government Relations Chair of the Real Estate Board. She was the 1st General Manager in Junior Hockey in Canada, also a Director with the Mississauga Sports Council. The Ontario Baseball Association Juvenile Convenor, Director Lorne Park Baseball Association and the Manager and Coach of countless sports teams.

Linda Pinizzotto founded the Condo Owners Association - Ontario COA a non profit association on March 10, 2010 to advocate the Provincial Government to update the 1998 Condo Act to provide more protection, Board of Director transparency, governance, accountability and Property Management licensing. In June 2012, the COA succeeded, the McGuinty government announced "Build a Better Condominium Act" There are 1.4 Million Condo Owners in Ontario, the COA is a major stakeholder in the Condo Act Review. The Condo Act continues to be updated through the Ford Government 2015, 2017 and 2022
