She has been a longtime cornerstone of the South Mississauga community, serving on the Lorne Park Hockey Association Board and coaching baseball and basketball teams. Linda’s enthusiasm and dedication have inspired her sons to reach professional hockey and pursue their own successful careers. In March 2010, Linda Pinizzotto, Founder of the Condo Owners Association - COA charted a pivotal course in her career by establishing a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of more than 1.4 million condominium owners. Her efforts supported the licensing of condominium management firms and managers, the implementation of mandatory educational and regulatory courses for Board Directors, and the advancement of greater transparency, governance, and financial accountability within condominium corporations.
